- Mix the egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese together until it smooth and add the vanilla essense
- Pour 1 tsp sugar in a cup with 1 tsp of water to make the caramel. put it on the microwave 2:30 seconds
- Pour the cremè flan in the caramel cup and put it into a tray with water and cover with alumunium foil and ready to bain marie in the oven 200 celcius for 55 minutes
- Once its done, cool it down in the room temperature and chilled in the fridge for about 1-2 hours before serve
