  2. Make ready 2 tablespoon custard powder

Steps to make Egg Flan:
  1. Boil milk for 15 minutes
  2. In a bowl, take some milk and add custard powder
  3. Add it in the boiling milk
  4. Add sugar
  5. And stire it continuously
  6. After 2 to 3 minutes, switch off the flame
  7. Add vanilla essence and put it aside
  8. In Another Pan, add sugar, caramelize this sugar on low flame
  9. Pour it in another mould and let it dry or set
  10. As prepared custard become cool add two eggs and mix it or blend it for a while
  11. And pour it in (pan in which we set caramelized sugar) pan
  12. Now put it for steaming
  13. It will take 20 to 25 minutes,and then switch off the flame
  14. Let it cool now keep it in fridge for chilling
  15. And the yummy flan is ready served chilled
  16. Decorate it with your own way with cherries and sugar crystals
