- Meanwhile, using a large jug and 2-3 pieces of kitchen paper, start to drain the heavenly limoncello
- Using a skewer, taken out all the lemon pieces (will take a bit of time)
- Turn up the kitchen paper and squeeze as much as possible. Try and get all the liquid out. Sterilise the bottle again
- Put the sugar and water into the limoncello.
- Pour the entire lot into the bottle. Safely put the lid on. Shake and leave in fridge for MINIMUM of 1 month. Shake every day. Don't be tempted to try it before! Make it now and enjoy it when the good weather comes :)
