  1. Soak the chickpea overnight and boil it for 5-6 whistles
  2. Add boiled chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini paste, garlic, ginger, fresh turmeric, ground turmeric, salt to a mixer and blend it until the texture is smooth and creamy
  3. Add the Olive Oil when the the ingredients have blended well. It give more creamy texture
  4. You can adjust the spices as per taste. I add little more of Garlic.
  5. Serve it with sliced carrots, cucumber or even Nachos. it can be stored in fridge for 4-5 days.
