  8. Now pour your whisked eggs in and add your cheese. You can use shredded cheese but I find that the cubes create little pillows of silkiness goodness!!! "GUILTY" day drinking….
  9. Now put your pan into a preheated oven set a 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 mins. After 15 mins. Or so use your oven mitt and shake your pan the frittata should move effortless around your bottom of the non-stick pan.
  10. If the middle is still a little loose witch almost always is put in for another 5 mins or so. Watch it closely at this point don't want to over cook.
