- Take 1 tin tomatoes

- Chop onions, garlic, chillis, bacon
- Fry bacon strips in separate pan.
- Tbsp oil in pan. fry onions. Add garlic, chillis, chilli flakes, black pepper. Fry until ready. 7mins ish
- Add tin of toms, bacon, bay leaves, salt, hot sauce. Bring to boil then reduce to medium heat and stew for as long as possible. 20mins minimum.
- Use spoon to make wells in stew and crack eggs into wells. Cover pan and serve when eggs are cooked.
