Instructions to make Spicy dry Gobi Manchurian:
- Boil the cauliflower by adding little salt.. Blanched them well and than drain it and let it cool..
- Now we will prepare the batter. In a bowl take all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt mix well nicely add water and prepare a smooth lumps free batter..
- Now take the boiled and cooled cauliflower dip coat them in the batter and fry them on middium flame till golden and crispy..
- Now take a pan add 4 tspn oil add garlic, ginger n green chillies saute them for few seconds than add chopped onion and spring onions saute them nicely..
- Now add 2 tbspn chopped capsicums and tamato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt cook them very nicely..
- In the meantime prepare the slurry.. in a bowl take 1 tspn corn flour and 1/4 cup water mix them very nicely..
- Add this slurry to onion and sauce mixture mix nicely now add the fried cauliflower coat them with the sauces nicely add spring onion mix well.. Our spicy dry Gobi Manchurian is ready to serve.. Garnish with spring onions..
