  3. Beat egg whites in small bowl.until soft peaks;fold in to cheese mixture.
  4. Spread mixture in to pan ; bake about 1 hour.stand cake in pan 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack set over tray.
  5. Meanwhile,make lime syrup.pour hot syrup over hot cake.
  6. Lime syrup:-stir ingrediants in small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves;bring to the boil,until syrup thickens lightly.
