  1. Prepare 1.5 cup all-purpose flour (maida)

  7. Make ready 1 cup boiled potatoes

  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  14. Take 1-2 tsp ginger, chopped

  16. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Ring Samosa:
  1. First boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Now in a pan take oil add cumin seeds, ginger and peas and saute. Now cover with a lid and let the peas cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, aamchur powder, garam masala and salt, coriender leaves.
  4. Mix the mixture well and remove it in a plate and let it cool.
  5. Now take maida add ajwain, salt, oil and knead a hard dough and keep a side for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 mins take a small ball and roll it into circle and cut into a square shape.
  7. On the upper side of the square keep the potato mixture & roll it once.
  8. Now make cuts in between but not till the end and roll the whole way down.
  9. Stick with maida batter on both the ends and create a circle.
  10. Now deep fry them on low heat and remove when golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with chutney & ketchup.
