  1. First roast some cashew in ghee and set them aside.Then add cauliflower florets and potatoes to the pan. Fry them for a 10 - 15 minutes.

When they start to crackle put onion layers and fry them till onion become golden pink, then add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger and chopped capsicum.
