- Heat your non-stick pan and using your brush, put the flour mixture in the pan and wait, you will notice that the dough is rising slowly
- Use your hand or spoon to lift the dough
- After you are done making the dough, heat your pan, add onions,minced meat, salt,Maggi, Curry, thyme, potatoes, some carrots and peas and give them a stir fry
- After you are done frying, keep aside in an open place to cool down
- Form a triangle with the dough and put in the fillings
- Make a mixture of flour and water and make it very thick, then seal the edges of the samosa dough with it
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosa until golden brown
- Allow to cool and serve with some chilled drink
