- Take a bowl add maida, ajwain,salt,oil and mix it well.then add lukewarm water and make a tight dough.rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan add Oil, mustard seed, ginger and garlic paste, green chili,haldi, coriander powder,mashed potato and salt, also add chopped coriander,garam masala and mix it well.now ready to stuffing.
- After 15minutes, take a small part of dough from the prepared dough and roll it into a rectangle shape put some masala in it and give it a shape of the ring.then fry it till golden brown.
