Instructions to make Crispy Paper Dosa:
  1. Soak rice,all pulses and fenugreek seeds. After washing nicely for whole night.
  2. Grind fine paste with less water. Make a thick paste. Now beat well.
  3. Add semolina and a salt.Beaten process is complusory if you want to make it fast.No need of fermantation because of beaying air bubbles form in it and this helps to makes the Dosa crispy. Cover it and rest for 1 hour maximum.
  4. Now grease oil on heat tawa.Spread some water on hot tawa. Low the flame now. Clean the tawa with tissie or cotton cloth. Pour the batter of dosa and spread fast as you can.
  5. Now high the flame. Spread oil on the top of Dosa.Roast till Crispy.When it's done it already remove the tawa.Take out nicely.
  6. Serve with coconut or Chana daal chutney.It's fresh, crispy and nice healthy dosa at home for you all.
