Instructions to make Naan:

  3. Add the flour to the mixture. One cup at a time. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to mix. Use 5 cups and the remaining 1 cup use to knead the dough. Oil the dough and cover. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. Roll it out and cut it out into balls. I use a weighing scale to ensure the even size. Roll it out and make sure the pan is hot.
  5. Use some water/ butter to cook. Melt some butter and add garlic to rub on the bread once ready. Enjoy and serve as desired.

So I don't even want to try and tell you how incredibly delicious, light and easy to make this Indian bread is! Yeasty naan is so. darn. good! It's fluffy and soft and tasty and absorbent and pretty much perfect for dipping in this. This naan has melted butter and Greek yogurt and honey — all three of which would.
