- Soak raw rice & urad dal for 6 hrs. Then Grind it & keep the batter to ferment overnight.
- Boil the potatoes. Chopped onion & potatoes. Take 1tbsp oil into the pan add rai, jeera, haldi, dhaniya & chilli garlic ginger pudina paste, onion. Saute all the ingredients. Put the potatoes. Salt to taste. After 10mins Potato sabji is ready.
- Add eno, salt in the fermented batter. Heat the pan & spreads the batter on it. Within 5 mins Dosa is ready to serve.
