- Prepare 1/2 cup Rice atta(flour)

Steps to make Crispy Rava Dosa:
- Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except water. Mix well.
- Now slowly add water and start whisking the batter to make sure no lumps are formed. Add enough water to make a pouring consistency batter.
- Let the batter rest for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins add more water as the Rava would have absorb most of the water and batter would have become thick.
- Heat a dosa tawa on high flame. Pour ladleful of batter at a time. The dosa will have a netted texture
- Lower the flame to medium. Now add oil on the sides of dosa to make it crispy.
- Once the dosa starts turning brown and crisp, scrap the edges and remove the dosa in plate
- Repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
- Serve with coconut chutney and Sambar.
