Instructions to make Ginnie Dosa:
  1. Peel and Cut boiled potatoes, in a pan heat oil add mustard seeds,let them splutter, curry leaves, Ginger chilli paste, boiled potatoes, haldi and salt give it a mix and let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
  2. Heat tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe off tawa, spread dosa batter.
  3. On dosa spread add some chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum, add 2tbs of potato masala, 1tbs of Schezwan chutney, masala and 1 tbs of butter.
  4. Mash it on dosa itself and let it cook for a min. Then add 1 cube grated cheese and roll it, cut and serve hot.
