  1. Heat some oil in a pan add heing, cumin seeds, green chillies,all spices and add meshed potatoes.Now mix nicely.

  3. Heat a tawa,add some oil and spread it nicely with tissue paper.At high flame pour the little-2 batter.Sprinkle some oil or butter.Cook it until it crisp brown.
  4. Now spread some Ching's chutney,put potato mixture and some chopped onion,fold it and serve with any chutney.
