  17. Take 3 tsp Schezwan chutney
Instructions to make Schezwan Dosa:
  1. Take one bowl pour dosa batter in it. Add salt and eno in it. And make consistency not very thick or thin
  2. Now take one pan keep it on medium flame. Add oil when oil heated add mustard seeds. When it's crackled add cumin seeds
  3. Add long cutted onion and finely chopped green chillies. Saute it till pinkish brown than add salt, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder.
  4. Now add finely small pieces of boiled potatoes. Sprinkle some water if you want. Messed potatoes finely. Dosa masala is ready
  5. Now take dosa pan. Keep it on medium flame. Add few drops of oil on pan. Pour dosa batter and spread it round dosa shape. Apply Schezwan chutney on it.
  6. Now turn dosa. Keep it for few minutes. Now turn again. Add dosa masala. Keep dosa on pan till it become chrisp. Now, wrap dosa.
  7. Now dosa is ready.
