  1. Boil peas potato beans cauliflower. Boil green tomato in another pan and chop in a chopper. Smash all boil vege. in chopper. Now chopp onion & saute in oil add crushed garlic 1 tej patta n saute on mid. slow flame now roast Capsicum n brinjal on a flame n peel the skin n chopp in a chopper. n add in onion garlic mixture add all vege mixture pavbhaji masala black salt salt chilli paste haldi pinch n blanch spinach coriander paste an churn n add in a mixture. Add 1/2glass of water n cover the lid.
  2. Cook for 5-7mins. Add lemon juice mix welln Serve with Gulabjamun pav and salad lemon and garlic papad.
