- Get 1/2 kg Ready batter

- Take Masala-aloo stuffing

Instructions to make Masala Dosa:
- Mix salt to batter n keep aside
- Boil potatoes n chop in small cubes.chop chillies n onion in long slice.
- Heat oil in a pan add hing mustard seeds dalia urad dal chillies n onion & sauté it
- Add turmeric & potatoes n mix well.
- Now heat a tawa…apply some oil n wipe it with tissue or a cloth.
- Put 1tbsp batter n spread it outward to make dosa
- Put oil on the sides…let it cook
- Then put masala in the centre n fold or serve masala separately
- Serve with chutney
