Instructions to make Moong Dal Dosa:
- Wash whole moong with 2-3 water and soak them for 7-8 hours. If you are using rice in this recipe then soak it along with moong.
- Transfer moong and rice to grinding jar, add green chilli, ginger and coriander leafs. Grind them until semi-thick and consistency same as regular dosa batter. (I had coriander leaf paste so I added after grinding)
- Now add salt.
- If you did not add rice while soaking moong then now add rice flour along with salt.
- Mix stuffing section ingredients.
- Heat tawa, sprinkle 2-3 drops of water & wipe with tissue so tawa temperature will come down now pour ladle full moog dal batter in the center of tawa and quickly spread it. Sprinkle 4-5 drops of oil. And roast it.
- Spread stuffing on the dosa and gently press it. Fold the dosa and transfer to serving plate.
