  1. Stir fry some onions and add the minced meat. Add scotch bonnets and all the other spices and seasonings. When fried, add water and carrots and cover up.
  2. Mix a little corn flour with water and thicken up the minced meat sauce.
  3. In a pot add potatoes and cook until tender. Mash it and add butter, milk, salt, black pepper and yolk. Mash again.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the meat to cover up all the spaces. Then cover the meat with the mashed potatoes. Decorate with fork.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Then bring it out and egg wash and bake again for 5 minutes
