  1. Take a howl add semolina,salt,curd&water mix it &makes a batter.Rest it 15 mints.After 15 mints add ino salt&1tsp water mix it well.Heat a kadhei add water &boils it.Put a stand.Take some small bowl greased & pour the batter a laddleful.put all bowl on the stand.Cover it for 25 mints.After 15 mints idlis are ready.
  2. Roast the oats &griend it to make powder.boiled all veggies &blanch corn.Take a griender jar add corn,cauliflower,carrot,ginger,garlic,corriender leaves to make a smooth paste.
  3. Transfer a big bowl add allspices,chopped onion,salt,greenchilli,&oats powder,&makes a dough.Prepare tikki of any shape.R oll with suji &shallow fry in a non stick.
  4. Cut one idli into 2 piace.Heat a nonstick add 1tsp oil,add 1/2tsp mustardseeds&1/2tsp white sesame seeds put idli piace &roast.
  5. Now assembling—-Take one part of idli apply pizza sauce or tomato sauce or homemade tomato chutney place onion,tomato slice than tikki,than deepfried onion ring &another idli.Put a tooth pick in the middle &serve with any dip &potato French fry.
