Instructions to make Protein Rich Dosa:
  1. Soak dal for around 4 hrs
  2. Grind the dal with dry red chilli, green chilli and ginger
  3. Pour the batter to a pan & add all the spices.
  4. Heat a tawa… pour 1/2tbsp batter and spread outward to make a dosa.
  5. Apply some oil.. flip and cook from both the sides.
  6. Serve with chutney.
