  20. Prepare 3 tbsp flour
  21. Prepare 2 tbsp cornstarch

Then add coriander leaves, peanuts, raisins mix it thoroughly and cook few minutes then keep aside for cooling, make a batter for coating, in a bowl add flour, cornstarch add 1/2 cup of water mix well. In a plate spread the semolina, then make 20 balls of the mixture, make a cylinder shape deep into the batter then roll it over the semolina.
  4. For frying heat oil in a kadhai deep fry the vegetable chop till golden brown in colour, serve hot with tomato sauce and onion.
