  1. Take 6-7 florets cauliflower (Gobhi)
  2. Prepare 6-7 french beans
  3. Take 3-4 babycorn
  4. Get 1 medium carrot
  5. Make ready 1 medium spring onion
  6. Get 1 cup cabbage chopped in cubes
  7. Get 1 medium green capsicum diced
  8. Take 1/2 yellow bell peppers diced
  9. Get 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  10. Make ready 1 green chilli finely chopped
  11. Take 1 tbsp olive oil
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  13. Prepare 1 tsp soy sauce
  14. Get 1 tbsp schezwan chilli garlic sauce
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  16. Take to taste Salt
  17. Get Spring onion greens finely chopped to garnish
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds to garnish
Steps to make Veg Stir-fry:
  1. Wash and chop french beans, carrot, babycorn as shown. Soak cauliflower florets in warm salted water for 5 minutes. Strain. Blanch all above vegetables. Keep aside.
  2. Chopped cabbage, green capsicum, red & yellow bell peppers, spring onion as shown.
  3. Heat olive oil in fry pan. Add sesame seeds,as splutter add chopped spring onion, capsicum,bell peppers, cabbage and green chilli. Add salt. Mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add blanch vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, schezwan chilli garlic sauce and white pepper powder and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Off the flame.
  6. Remove in serving bowl garnish with chopped spring onion greens and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy delicious Veg Stir-fry with your family.
