- Drain, squeeze out water and take it in a big plate.
- Add Cauliflower and Soya granules. Add all masala mentioned above.
- Add 2 tbsp oil. Mix everything. Make a dough.
- Grease your palms and make Tikkis of desired size.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry your Tikkis.
- Flip over after one side is done.
- Your tempting healthy Tikkis are ready to serve.
- Serve with Tomato ketchup and a glass of lemon juice.
