  2. Prepare 1 Carrot

  3. Cut all the veggies in small pieces & put them in microwave bowl.Cut the tofu in cubes & keep it aside.
  4. Put the bowl in microwave with lid on it for 5 minutes.
  5. Take it out & check if the veggies are properly steamed or not. if not then again microwave it for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add tofu in it & mix well.
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice on it & mix well.Now add salt,black grounded pepper & oregano.
  8. Mix all bhi well. put them in serving bowl & let it cool down & serve.
