Instructions to make Schezwan Chutney:
- Take a bowl ND dip the chilles in hot water for 10 mins.
- Now let it boil for 4-5 mins.until soft for grinding..over the flame ND cover it to cool down a bit.after 10 mins removed lid ND grind it to make a fine paste
- Now take a kadai ND add ghee.. once heated add Chopped garlic,ginger ND green chillies to saute for 5mins..Now add Chilly paste ND left over water of boiled chilliesnd cook for 4-5 mins.
- After 5 mins add salt,sugar,vinegar,soya sauce ND mix it well… Spicy Schezwan Chutney is ready to serve.
