  5. For the cheese source, add the milk, flour and butter to a pan. Heat and keep stirring until thickened.
  6. Take off the heat and add the 150g cheese, stir until cheese melted
  7. Later in dish: meat, lasagna, sauce, lasagna, repeat. Finish with the sauce layer. You should get 3 sets of layers out of the ingredients
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over too
  9. Cook at 200oC for 40min. Once cooked leave to cook for 10min before serving
