Steps to make Cake pops:

Form cake mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl and beat well to a creamy consistency. Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half-way. Meanwhile prepare all of your decorating supplies. Melt the remaining chocolate in a large cup.
