- Pour butter in a karahi.When it heat,add tomato paste in it & cook on the low flame till.oil spreads from corners.
- Now add salt,red chilli powder & garam masala,mix well.add fresh cream & mix well.
- Add chicken pieces & mix well.
- Cover the karahi & cook on the low flame, Don't add water.In between check with the knife if chicken is properly cooked or not.If need add little water.
- When it is ready,put it in the seving bowl & serve hot with naan,onions & green chutney.
