- Step 5 - take another pan add cooked potatoes, cooked chicken, pinch of garam masala, fried onion, 1 spoon curd, then add rice and a cup of milk with essence and food colour mixed with it
- Step 6- cover the pan nicely.. Put it on high flame for 10 mins. Lower the flame for next 10 mins. Then turn off the flame. Your biryani is ready.
