  1. Cut the chicken into strips and season, coat in egg then flour
  2. Shallow fry the chicken until brown and add the peppers and cook for a few more minutes, remove from pan
  3. Add the chilli, garlic, tomato purée, soy sauce, water together into the pan and simmer until thickens
  4. Add chicken and peppers back into the pan for a further 2 mins
  5. Serve with rice and enjoy
