- Get 500-550 gms Chicken ๐ (Tender)
- Make ready 1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
- Prepare To Taste Salt ๐ง

- Make ready 1 tbsp Ghee
- Make ready 5-6 Whole Dry Red Chillies ๐ถ
- Prepare 1.5 โ Ginger Paste
- Take 7-8 Garlic Cloves Paste
- Prepare 1 Big Onion (Sliced)
- Take 2 tsp Garam Masala (Freshly Ground or preferably Wet Paste)
- Take 1 tsp Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked)
- Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Take 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Get 2-3 Potatoes (Cut into halves)
- Prepare 1/2 litre Hot/Boiling Water๐ง(For the Gravy & Cooking)
Steps to make Fiery Red Chicken ๐ Curry/Gravy:
- Soak the Red Chillies ๐ถ Ginger & Garlic ๐ง into lukewarm water ๐ง for about 30 mins time & thereafter, blend it to a smooth paste, fry the potatoes ๐ฅ as well & set aside- Also, marinate the chicken ๐ pieces with some salt, turmeric & red chilli ๐ถ powder, some mustard oil & set aside for at least- 2-3 hrs time
- In a frying pan ๐ณ or wok: Add in the oil over a medium heat & add into it the wet ground masala & sautรฉ for about 5-6 mins time, stirring continuously & then add in the sliced onions ๐ง & salt ๐ง & a little sugar & keep sautรฉing, ensure that it doesnโt burn at the bottom
- Now, once itโs all sautรฉd nicely & releases fine aroma- add in the marinated chicken ๐ & continue sautรฉing until it releases the oil on its surface
- Now, switch off the flame ๐ฅ & add in the whisked curd- ensuring it doesnโt curdle hence weโthe put off the flame ๐ฅ once all mixed until well combined- switch on the flame ๐ฅ again & finish the rest of the cooking ๐ฅ
- Add in the fried potatoes now, sautรฉ for about 4-5 mins time more & then add some hot water for the desired gravy & allow the chicken to get well cooked in the same too ๐๐ป
- Put on the lid of thd pan, allowing it to cook for at least next 15-20 mins time- stirring occasionally in between, to ensure it doesnโt catch the bottom of the pan… Once all done โ finally, add in the fresh garam masala paste & ghee- stir well, finally & put on its lid back & switch off the flame ๐ฅ
- Allow it to sit on the gas oven itself for the next 15 mins time in its standby position before serving it piping hot with the equally HOT ๐ฅต Plain Rice ๐/Fried Rice ๐/ Roti/Chapatis/Parathas etc…๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐
