The ingredients needed to make Chicken Samosa:
  1. Get 250 gms boneless chicken
  2. Prepare 3 big finely chopped onion
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped garlic

  12. Take 1 tbsp oil
  13. Take 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Chicken Samosa:
  1. For making samosa sheets. Take a vessel add flour add salt add oil and knead soft dough adding water. And rest for 30 mins.
  2. After 30 mins knead it again. Make small ball like roti and roll five roti on a board. Roll five roti and keep separately in different plated.
  3. In a platform of kitchen clean it and place one roti apply oil with the help of brush and dust dry flour and place other roti same grease it with oil dust dry flour and place 3rd roti do it for all 5 roti the 5 th roti with be dust only with dry maida flour.
  4. Now again roll it all the sides an thin as you can. Now heat the tawa and roast all 5 attached roti for 30- 30 seconds both sides. Once it gets cool separate it again place in same order and cut into big straight sheets and cover with wet clot.
  5. Use pizza cutter to slice and divide.
  6. Now chicken filling. In a mixer jar add adds small boneless chicken into it and grind it. Take a pan add oil and keep it for heating. Add chopped garlic ginger chilli and saute it raw smell goes off. Add onion and keep stirring once it gets transculent add chicken minced add salt turmeric gram masala powder and mix it. Saute and mix till adding chicken minced gets crumbled add Mint leaves add coriander leaves and mix it and get chicken cooked for 5 to 10 minutes and keep aside for cooling.
  7. Now take samosa sheets into hand fold into an open cone shape and fill with chicken mined stuff and seal it other edges using maida slury. And make ready all samosa.
  8. Take a kadai add oil and keep it for heating. Place samosa in oil fry it in medium flame till it gets golden and crisp in colour.
  9. For box Patti's take, 2 sheets place it as given in the picture. Add stuff add cheese. At the edges apply maida slurry and close it one by one from all the sides.
  10. And deep fry in oil till golden brown and serve with mint chutney.
