  1. combine melted "butter" and syrup in small bowl and set aside.
  2. In another bowl combine Brown Sugar and cinnamon. (the nuts and/or raisins can be added into this if desired)
  3. prepare a bundt pan or angel food pan and spray it with a non stick spray.
  4. take approximately half the syrup mixture, and pour that into the pan and sprinkle half the brown sugar mixture in the pan as well
  5. Lay the biscuits on bottom of pan, overlaping edges (close together). to form the ring.
  6. top with remaining syrup and sugar mixtures.
  7. bake @ 350º F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. let cool for 1 min and turn out onto a presentable plate/dish and whatch it magically disappear right before your eyes ;)

A completely homemade version of monkey bread - no canned biscuit dough here! Homemade dough is rolled into balls, dipped in melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
